Marie Fitzsimons –\u00a0 Reflexive Practice Guide<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Marie guides meditation, mindfulness, yoga, conscious breathing and offers relationship coaching and mediation for adults, children, families, groups and couples.\u00a0 Paul first met Marie on his self-imposed writing retreat in October of 2012 and it was like meeting a kindred spirit.<\/p>\n

Marie hales from Ireland originally and moved\u00a0 to Maui with her family in 2005. She and Rich have three wonderful children and live in the hills above Makawao with an incredible view.\u00a0 She’s a certified yogi and likes to use yoga as a tool to guide mediation to restore balance to body and mind.\u00a0 As a mediator and parent educator Marie is available for private coaching sessions with adults, couples, families and children to help them restore their own inner wisdom, and return to their natural state of love and connection. She has studied midwifery and women’s health, assisting at births and teaching childbirth classes and if that’s not enough she has a degree in Civil Law.\u00a0 She loves parenting and being in relationship with her family and community.<\/p>\n
