Day one of the kitchen cabinet installation. We had hoped that our contractor here on the island could come and help us install the upper cabinets but as is most every good contractor we know he was too busy to lend us a hand on short notice. So we decided to do attempt the work ourselves and we are sure glad that we did. We learned a lot and had much fun working together. 
We installed a beautiful set of alabaster lights over the kitchen eat bar. We love them so much we may have to order some for our kitchen at home.
